Executive Chef Matt Parrilli

 

Matthew Parrilli, our new Executive chef, joins us from the Washington Golf and Country Club in Arlington, Virginia, where he has worked for the previous six years.

Chef Parrilli is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.  He has worked at the renowned Four Seasons restaurant in New York City, Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, the Le Meridien hotel group, St. James Bar at Triangles in La Jolla, California, where he was honored with Gourmet magazine's best business lunch award,

and Sam and Harry's here in Washington, D.C.  He was also awarded a study opportunity in France at Le Ecole Superieure de Cuisine Francaise.
